The Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Assistant General Manager supports the roadmap of success for their Hair Color Bar. In this role you assist the General Manager in driving operational excellence and adherence to guidelines, while leading the team to cultivate diverse perspectives, build positive community ties to achieve business goals, and promote Madison Reed's products, services, and values. As an Assistant Manager, you're passionate about personal and professional growth, seeking to deepen your leadership skills and accelerate your journey toward a General Manager position and further career progression. This role reports to the General Manager, is full time and requires availability on weekends, holidays and other peak times based on business needs.

At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Compensation for this role consists of base hourly pay, commissions, tips, and other bonuses. Potential earnings for this location range from $37.50-$39.50 per hour. Actual compensation contingent on factors including Hair Color Bar performance, tenure, and time behind the chair.
