With flagship stores in Los Angeles and Miami, we provide personalized beauty consultations, Skin Analysis, and carefully curated K-beauty products to help customers express their unique style and confidence.

We're looking for passionate team members who love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and growing with one of the fastest-growing K-beauty retail brands in the U.S.

What you'll do

• Create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience for every customer.
• Recommend colored contacts, Korean skincare, and beauty products based on each customer's needs and preferences.
• Perform Skin Analysis(training provided) to recommend personalized products.
• Support in-store events, promotions, influencer visits, and customer experiences.
• Schedule customer appointments and assist with daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, POS transactions, and order fulfillment.
• Continuously learn about new products, beauty trends, and services.

Who you are

• Previous retail, beauty, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• You love beauty and self-expression
• You enjoy connecting with people and creating memorable experiences.
• You’re confident recommending products and driving sales.
• You stay up-to-date with beauty trends and aesthetics.
• You’re adaptable, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You’re reliable, detail-oriented and a team player.

* Starting at $16/hour (Depending on Experience)
