Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a retail beauty environment - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing beauty products based on their needs and preferences - Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations on skincare, makeup, and haircare products - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing - Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Stay up-to-date with the latest Korean beauty trends and product knowledge.

Skills

- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences - Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions - Knowledge of cosmetology or beauty industry is preferred - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
