• Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm

• Recommend products tailored to each client’s skin type, preferences, and lifestyle
• Cross-sell across categories (skincare, makeup, haircare, and body) to maximize client results
• Educate clients on product use, benefits, and ongoing skin care routines
• Ensure shelves are beautifully stocked and merchandised
• Share current promotions, special offers, and product launches
