Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

* Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours + Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week + Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week + Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week * Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays) * Punctuality and consistent attendance
