Main duties and responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain product specifications to customers.
• Promote and sell hair extensions and hair care products.
• Set and achieve sales targets established by leadership.
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
• Address customer inquiries both in-store and via phone.
• Keep an eye on market trends.
• Analyze competitor strategies and product offerings
• Meet project deadlines.
• Reach defined sales targets.
• Generate potential leads.
• Facilitate a smooth sales process.
• Create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Ensure sufficient product inventory is available.
