Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products or services based on their preferences and skin types
• Conduct product demonstrations and tutorials to showcase features, benefits, and application techniques
• Drive sales through effective upselling, cross-selling, and personalized consultations
• Manage customer relationships using CRM software to track preferences, purchase history, and follow-up opportunities
• Develop new business by prospecting potential clients through cold calling, outreach, and territory management strategies
• Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and in-store events to boost visibility and sales
• Maintain a deep knowledge of current beauty trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace

Experience

• Proven experience in retail sales or direct customer service within the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Business development experience with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) sales is highly desirable
• Strong background in territory management, lead generation, and account management
