Beauty Professional – Performance-Based Opportunity

Join The Look By Joi, a high-visibility, luxury beauty brand based in Atlanta with over 23 years of experience creating unforgettable beauty experiences. We are seeking motivated, reliable beauty professionals ready to earn daily income, build a loyal clientele, and grow with our brand.

This is not a traditional hourly position. This is a performance-based opportunity for individuals serious about making money and showing up consistently. You’ll work in a high-traffic location with strong brand visibility, steady client flow, and product sales opportunities.

Compensation Structure

• Up to 40% commission on services
• 10% commission on product sales
• Daily performance bonuses available
• Potential to earn $150–$500+ per day

Responsibilities

• Perform brow services efficiently (shaping, tinting, etc.)
• Complete makeovers in under 20 minutes
• Deliver a high-quality client experience that reflects The Look By Joi brand
• Recommend and sell retail products
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Participate in content creation

Requirements

• Must be dependable (non-negotiable)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and pulling new clients daily
• Motivated to earn based on performance
