Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage appointment scheduling and client communication
• Promote your services through social media and professional networking
• Collaborate with fellow beauty professionals to create a positive salon culture
• Follow all state licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Current Kansas license in your specialty (Cosmetology, Barbering, Nail Technology, Esthetics, etc.)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Existing clientele preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage your own business
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to creating a positive salon environment
