The ideal candidate will possess past experience as a bridal beauty freelancer, a strong eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a flexible freelance capacity with a supportive team!

Duties

• Provide customized hair styling and makeup application tailored to each bride’s preferences and wedding theme
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering professional recommendations based on face shape, skin tone, and current trends
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout all procedures
• Use color theory and makeup application techniques to achieve flawless results
• Capture high-quality photos of finished looks for portfolio or promotional purposes (with client consent)
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded during the appointment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cosmetology, hair styling, makeup application, or related beauty fields
• Experience with brides and bridal beauty services
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills to consult with clients and understand their vision
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a freelance artist while working with a team and community
• Licensed and insured
