As a Drybar Stylist, you'll specialize exclusively in blowouts, styling, and exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're an experienced stylist or looking to build your skills, we provide comprehensive training in the signature Drybar techniques our clients know and love.What You'll Do ------------------

• Deliver exceptional shampoo and blowout services using Drybar techniques.
• Consult with clients to recommend styles that suit their hair type and lifestyle.
• Create a welcoming, fun, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Recommend retail products and service add-ons based on each client's needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive salon culture.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Uphold Drybar brand standards and guest service expectations.
