Drybar Waco is hiring licensed cosmetologists to join our first Waco opening team! We are looking for reliable, high-energy stylists who enjoy fast-paced styling work, great client service, and being part of a polished, team-first shop culture.

What you’ll do

* Deliver Drybar styling services consistently, including blowouts, curls, waves, braids, updos, and finishing work * Make each guest feel welcomed, heard, and confident before they leave the chair * Educate guests on products, add-ons, and memberships * Follow Drybar service standards, sanitation practices, and Waco shop procedures * Keep your station, tools, shampoo area, and shared shop spaces clean and ready * Work well with stylists, concierge/front desk, managers, and the Shop Educator * Show up prepared, on time, and ready to contribute to a strong opening team
