Duties

• Perform Cutting services.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards using proper sanitation procedures for tools and work station.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs, offering professional advice, and upselling retail products to support their beauty goals.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management with daily operations.
• Mentor junior stylists and team members to foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and skill development.
