• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety.
• Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending hair products.
• Be part of a long term team of stylists that is family friendly and guest satisfaction oreiented.

Skills

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in hair styling, coloring. Extensions are a bonus but not necessary.
• Proficiency with salon software for appointment booking and client management.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Expertise in color theory to achieve desired results with various hair coloring techniques.
• Skilled in barbering practices such as straight razor shaves and precision cuts for diverse client needs.
• Excellent communication skills to understand client desires clearly and provide personalized recommendations.
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
