Duties

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and texturizing using advanced techniques such as balayage or ombre.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments efficiently.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and equipment following health regulations.
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to boost client loyalty and revenue.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing appointments, and answering inquiries professionally.
• Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing techniques in hair coloring, barbering with straight razors, or makeup application to foster team growth.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of current trends in hair styling and coloring.
• Experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, barbering (including straight razors), and advanced color theory.
• Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment management.
