Overview

To be well versed and an expert in the field of Cosmetology and Advanced Esthetics as described by the Laws of the State of Nevada. To deliver exceptional guest service to all guests of the Golden Nugget Spa and Salon and maintain a clean and healthful environment for delivering services according to the Policies, Procedures, and Protocols listed on our Menu of Services. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

Responsibilities

• Provide services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions and chemical services with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocol.
• Provide skin care services including facials, body treatments, make-up, lashes and applications with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocols.
• Provide nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and retail offerings, stay informed on the latest trends in hair, skin, and nail care services and techniques, and communicate those trends confidently and professionally to guests.
• Actively promote and recommend service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products to guests.
• Demonstrate mastery in performing all applicable services listed on our Menu of Services.
