We specialize in personalized skincare, massage therapy, and wellness services designed to help clients look and feel their best. Services are provided in a private treatment suite where meaningful client relationships, exceptional experiences, and quality care are at the heart of everything we do. POSITION DETAILS • Part-time employee position (W-2) • Initial schedule focused on Sundays and Mondays • Opportunity for additional hours as demand grows • Existing clientele welcome, but not required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • $25-27 per hour • 20% retail commission • Membership sign-up bonuses • Paid 30-minute lunch when 4 or more hours are booked • Flexible scheduling • Premium skincare and bodycare lines • Supportive and professional work environment • Opportunity for long-term growth within the business RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform professional massage therapy services • Perform customized facial treatments • Recommend appropriate homecare products when appropriate • Deliver exceptional customer service • Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards • Support client retention and membership growth • Help create a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest QUALIFICATIONS • Active California Massage Therapy certification or license • Active California Esthetician license • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Comfortable recommending retail products and memberships • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care Preferred: • One year of professional experience in massage therapy, esthetics, or both Exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply.
