Job Summary

The main function of this role is to support the front of house and the trainers by providing coverage when there’s PTO and call out for-lunch coverage. As a trainer you will carry out facial workouts and drive exceptional customer service, sales and build client retention within our studios. As a studio host you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of workout bookings and be the first point of contact for the customer, offering 5* service and maximising every sales opportunity through rebooks and retail sales.

You will be predominantly be based in one of our Central New York studio but must be willing to travel across all locations (Upper East Side, Nordstrom, NoHo and Saks) when necessary, to further support and drive the business.

be able to work one of the below schedules:

1. Wednesday 11am-7pm, Thursday – Saturday 7:30am-2pm

2. Thursday-Saturday 9:30am-7pm 3. Friday, Saturday, Monday 10:30am-7pm + Sunday 11:30am-6pm

4. Sunday 10:30am-7pm, Monday 9:30am-7pm (Upper East Side) Tuesday-Thursday 10:30am-7pm (Saks)

be available for the scheduled training from Monday 15th June - Friday 26th June
