• Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail care, and nail art with precision and creativity.
• Apply hair styling techniques including hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering services to enhance client appearance.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to support their beauty goals.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict cleanliness protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
• Upsell retail products effectively by demonstrating their benefits and aligning them with client needs using retail math skills.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized consultations for esthetic laser treatments or other specialized services.

Experience

• Proven experience as an esthetician or nail technician with a strong portfolio of skincare and nail services.
• Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in choosing flattering shades for nails or makeup applications.
