Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Guest Experience

* Deliver customized facial and skincare services utilizing premium products and advanced techniques consistent with brand standards.

* Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate clients on optimal skincare regimens.

* Ensure full immersion in the brand experience throughout each treatment.

* Provide a seamless and relaxing service, characterized by professionalism, discretion, and genuine hospitality.

* Promote retail sales by recommending appropriate products and home-care routines to achieve or exceed individual sales objectives.

* Monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in team selling to improve overall store outcomes.

Client Relationship Management
