Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner who wants the professional autonomy of growing their own beauty business within a high-end, clinically backed medical wellness facility.

Because this role is commission-based, your earning potential is entirely uncapped. We provide a luxury treatment room, premium back-end support, and a steady stream of clinic-wide marketing—you bring the skincare expertise, laser proficiency, and the drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Skin Assessments & Treatments: Conduct thorough skin analyses and perform advanced, results-oriented facials, chemical peels, and clinical skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Laser Modalities: Safely and effectively operate aesthetic laser and light-based devices for treatments such as skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, or photofacials, strictly adhering to medical protocols and safety standards.
