Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, microneedling, laser services, brow/lash services.
• Utilize computer programs to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing skin health.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty tools that align with client needs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.

Experience

• Proven experience working as an Esthetician or in the beauty industry with a strong understanding of skincare treatments and cosmetic procedures.
• Hands-on experience with brow and lash services, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, and other aesthetic treatments.
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures and safety standards to ensure client well-being at all times.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a relaxing and professional atmosphere for clients.
