Duties

• Perform a variety of waxing techniques, eyebrow shaping and tinting, Vagacials, lash lifts, body waxing, and precision care
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products
• Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Skills

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as an Esthetician or similar role with a strong understanding of skincare treatments
• Knowledge of salon software platforms such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures and maintaining a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide a positive client experience
• Strong retail sales skills to recommend products confidently while ensuring client satisfaction
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing as required by local regulations
