Esthetician

Must be

• Actively Licensed for Esthetics
• 2-3 years of experience
• Proficient in facials, facial massage, microcurrent and dermaplaning (lash lifts are plus!)
• Passionate about skincare
• Available Wednesday & one weekend day

Position Summary

To help grow the company by 30% in revenue by the end of the year

will be held accountable for hitting weekly/ monthly sale goals

must be able to have a 65% client retention rate

Be open minded and non-judgmental, focused on the client and the well-being of them. Goes above and beyond (within reason) to make clients feel heard and seen. Genuinely cares about the clients. Desire for knowledge and learning, doesn’t need to be told what to do, just takes initiative. Thinks outside of the box to get things done. Hits sales goals

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
