is expanding our team at our Frisco location! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Head Spa Therapist to provide world-class scalp treatments and relaxation experiences. If you’re a licensed professional who thrives in a wellness-focused environment, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

As a Head Spa Therapist in Frisco, you will be responsible for delivering our signature scalp treatments, maintaining a serene spa environment, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling rejuvenated.

Requirements

• Licensure: Valid Texas State License in Esthetics or Cosmetology.
• Experience: Prior customer service experience is a must. While beauty industry experience is preferred, we are happy to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a passion for wellness.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Professionalism: You must be punctual, reliable, and a hard worker.
• Coachability: A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn our specific head spa protocols.

Compensation & Earnings

We provide a comprehensive pay structure that rewards your expertise and client engagement. Our therapists average $20–$30 per hour, including:

• Base Hourly Rate
• Service Commission
• Product Sales Commission
