Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability for at least one PM and one weekend shift (Friday PM counts as a weekend shift)

Responsibilities

* Share the healing power of touch through intentional face massage techniques designed to relax, sculpt, and restore. * Provide customized face massage services focused on : + Relaxation and stress relief + Lymphatic drainage + Facial sculpting and muscle release

Circulation and overall skin vitality + * Educate guests on the benefits of regular face massage as part of their self-care ritual * Maintain service space to NOW standards (all supplies provided) * Support a seamless guest experience from consultation through post-service recommendations * Collaborate with team members to elevate each guest’s visit

Qualifications

* Desire to be part of a team with an infectious passion for health and wellness * Active Esthetician license required in state of Illinois. Must present a license / certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired. * Strong foundation in : + Facial massage techniques + Skin awareness and guest consultation
