Position Overview

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in advanced skincare treatments, body contouring, brow services, waxing, and spray tanning. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys building client relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials based on client skin concerns and goals
• Provide advanced skincare treatments including:
• Microdermabrasion
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• Perform body contouring services and educate clients on treatment plans
• Provide spray tanning services
• Perform brow services including:
• Brow Laminations
• Brow Tinting
• Brow Shaping
• Perform full-body waxing services
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and state board regulations
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and client retention
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and promotional events
• Assist with retail sales and membership/package recommendations

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Experience performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and dermaplaning
• Experience with body contouring treatments preferred
• Experience with spray tanning, brow laminations, brow tinting, and full-body waxing
• Strong consultation and sales skills
