Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Esthetician to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will deliver personalized skincare and beauty treatments that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and well-being. You’ll have the opportunity to perform a variety of services, educate clients on skincare routines, and contribute to creating a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other skincare treatments using organic products.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments and botulinum toxin procedures with precision and care.
• Provide makeup application and nail care services to meet client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Support retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products to enhance results at home.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Experience with retail sales of skincare or beauty products preferred.
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and botulinum toxin procedures is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Skilled in body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, barbering (if applicable), and sanitation protocols.
