Esthetician or Wax Specialist (30% starting commission)

We are seeking a skilled and professional Wax Specialist to provide high-quality hair removal services while delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is licensed in Mississippi, detail-oriented, confident in full-body waxing, and passionate about client care and hygiene standards.

This role requires someone who works efficiently, maintains a clean workspace, and builds strong, repeat clientele through trust and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional waxing services including:
• Brazilian waxing
• Bikini waxing
• Facial waxing (brows, lip, chin)
• Underarms, legs, arms, and full-body waxing
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with Mississippi State Board regulations
• Conduct client consultations and recommend aftercare products
• Educate clients on pre- and post-wax care
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and supply inventory
• Rebook clients and help grow repeat business
• Deliver a high-level, welcoming customer experience

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Proven experience in waxing (Brazilian experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and infection control practices
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Sales mindset with ability to recommend retail products
