Esthetician, Part Time - Days, Chambers Center for Well Being, Morristown

Principal Accountabilities

1. Provide Chambers Center skincare services according to the protocols. These include but are not limited to, Dermaplaning, Microneedling (CIT), Chemical Peels, Extractions, Acne and Anti-Aging treatment.

2. Understands and explains the benefits of the current skincare lines used in the center. 3. Evaluate client’s skin condition and offer recommendations for treatments and home care regimens.

4. Maintain back-bar and disposable inventory record.

5. Complete electronic documentation (SOAP notes) accurately and completely after every service provided.

6. Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in treatment room throughout shift.

7. Stock treatment room with appropriate items (i.e., linens, towels, etc.) at the end of every shift.

8. Maintains knowledge of all services at the Chambers Center to provide integrated care for our clients.

9. Attend team meetings.

10. Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner

11. Other duties as assigned.

1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

2. Hold a NJ State License with Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling.

3. Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical setting

4. Microdermabrasion training required

5. Microneedling training required

6. Knowledge of Skin Care lines: Environ and Le Mieux preferred

Competencies

1. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

2. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

3. Strong Customer Services attitude

4. Excellent communications skills

5. Mindbody Software knowledge a plus

6. Ability to work independently.
