Spavia Old Alabama Square is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians.

✔Avg pay per 50-min facial: $45-$47 (includes gratuity)

✔Advanced services: Up to $65 for 60–70 min treatments

✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

✔W-2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments

Advanced Facials/Exfoliation 40-60 min $54–$56

Upgraded Treatments 70 min $62–$65

✔ Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments

✔ Average specialist gratuity included

✔ Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $65K+ annually

✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

### Schedule & Benefits

Full-time or part-time

Weekend/evening availability preferred

10-minute turnover between services

Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute facials
