We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming, judgment-free environment where clients receive exceptional service, personalized care, and long-lasting results. We are looking for a motivated, reliable esthetician who is passionate about client relationships and wants to grow alongside our business.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional body sugaring services for women and men, including Brazilian, bikini, facial, and full-body treatments.
• Perform vajacial treatments and educate clients on proper aftercare.
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes.
• Educate clients on home care and retail products.
• Rebook appointments and help build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment room in accordance with Texas regulations.
• Assist with daily studio cleaning and opening/closing duties.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Create occasional social media content featuring your work (photos/videos with client consent).
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Sugaring experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Brazilian hair removal experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower periods
• Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays
