*Veda Massage in Cypress* is looking for an enthusiastic and full of life Esthetician to join our Veda Massage team. If you have passion for skincare, love to help guests meet their skin care goals, and love working with a team you are the person we are looking for.

Esthetician Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Guest service
• Implement all rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures with all Guests on a consistent basis.
• Recommend and perform customized treatments based on observations
• Educate Guests with knowledge and confidence on the services, products, and programs available
• Recommend and be able to perform Protocols and Enhancements with consistency: Skin Analysis, Aromatherapy, Hand and Arm Touch Therapy, Pressure Point Facial Massage, European Facial Massage, Extractions, High Frequency, Pro Power Peel, Microdermabrasion, Personal Marketing (training provided for all)
• Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular facials to build your clientele
• Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest’s experience at home
• Dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Able to perform and promote waxing services
• Participate in Off-Site Events
• Stay updated on retail products and promotions available in the Center.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with Team Members
• Recognize and support Team goals
• Exhibit positive leadership skills
• Be prompt and prepared to work (lead by example)
• Create a Team environment
• Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours

Qualifications

• Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
• Carry personal liability insurance-Employee Discounts available
• Hold current state license to practice skin therapy
• Be Guest service oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell products and services
• Proven experience as an Esthetician
