About the Role

Our luxury resort spa is seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about holistic wellness and exceptional guest service. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who thrives in a serene, high-end environment and takes pride in delivering personalized, restorative experiences to discerning guests from around the world.

What You’ll Do

* Provide a range of services including Facials, Hydrafacials and Signature Body treatments * Customize each treatment based on guest preferences, health considerations, and wellness goals * Create a calm, welcoming, and luxurious experience from consultation through completion of services * Maintain impeccable treatment room standards in line with resort and brand expectations * Educate guests on wellness techniques, product recommendations, and post-treatment care * Collaborate with spa leadership and team members to ensure seamless guest experiences

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications * Current Esthetics License in New Hampshire * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury environment * Flexible availability, including holidays and nights * Must work one weekend day every week

Preferred Qualifications * Experience in luxury spa or resort settings * Certifications in specialty modalities (Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, etc.)
