• Apply makeup and eyelash extensions to enhance clients’ natural beauty with precision and artistry.
• Use salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, cleaning workstations, and adhering to health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs, offering expert advice on hair care products, and upselling retail items like hair care products and nail care accessories.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, processing payments, and managing retail inventory.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, color theory, and retail sales strategies while fostering a positive team environment.
• Stay current on industry trends such as barbering techniques with straight razors and the latest in nail care and makeup application to offer innovative services.
