Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including PMU, and Japanese Headspa services.
• Manage guest consultations by assessing skin types, recommending suitable treatments and products, and upselling retail items effectively.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations during treatment procedures.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
• Engage actively in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building a strong online presence.
• Support front desk operations including greeting clients, booking appointments, processing payments, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines and cosmetic products while encouraging retail sales.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training on new treatments like chemical peels or tattooing techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to post-treatment follow-up.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in dermal fillers or Botox preferred.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on esthetic laser treatment, chemical peels, or injectables.
• Strong management skills for overseeing treatment rooms and client flow efficiently.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and promote services confidently.
• Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for all treatments performed.
• Ability to perform hair styling techniques including hair extensions and barbering if required.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and retail items while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
