• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
• Engage actively in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building a strong online presence.
• Support front desk operations including greeting clients, booking appointments, processing payments, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines and cosmetic products while encouraging retail sales.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training on new treatments like chemical peels or tattooing techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to post-treatment follow-up.
