What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer service and consultations Perform a wide variety of haircutting, coloring, and styling services Create customized looks including highlights, balayage, dimensional color, cuts and special occasion styling Recommend and apply professional hair treatments and conditioning services Build lasting relationships with guests and help them achieve their hair goals Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Educate guests on home care and recommend professional products when appropriate Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and education Qualifications Valid Michigan Cosmetology License Minimum of 2 years of salon experience preferred Confidence in cutting and styling both women's and men's hair Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a fast-paced schedule
