Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Sweet Pair Beauty is seeking a talented, client-focused Hairstylist to join our growing boutique team. Whether you specialize in blowouts, color, bridal styling, or everyday cuts, we want passionate professionals who bring skill and heart to every appointment. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color, blowouts, updos, and extensions based on client needs

- Consult with clients to understand their vision and recommend appropriate services and products

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times

- Uphold Sweet Pair's boutique-luxury brand standards in every client interaction

- Communicate availability and scheduling clearly through Sweet Pair's booking platform

- Collaborate with team members for bridal party packages and special events as needed

- Stay current with hair trends, techniques, and continuing education REQUIREMENTS

- Valid Utah Cosmetology License (required)

- Minimum 1 year of professional hairstyling experience

- Strong technical skills in at least two specialty areas (e.g., color + bridal styling)

- Reliable, professional, and punctual with excellent client communication skills

- Own professional tools and supplies - Portfolio or social media presence showcasing your work (preferred)

- Ability to work independently as a licensed contractor
