Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Job Summary

We're looking for a talented stylist to join our already established team! Our salon is a laid-back vibe while still maintaining a higher-end feel -- A place where clients can come as they are. Our clientele is diverse, with a ride range of styles and ages, and we're especially looking for someone who feels confident in cutting, as we have a strong need for it. We have a full time front desk to handle all booking + an apprentice available for assisting.

Experience

• Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of hair styling, coloring, and grooming services.
• Understanding of sanitation standards within a salon environment to ensure client safety at all times.
• Experience in store retail sales is a plus for contributing to overall salon success.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to mentor team members effectively.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering required; additional training in retail math or upselling techniques is advantageous. Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a difference!
