Duties

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, hair extensions, and special treatments using advanced techniques like balayage or highlights.
• Provide grooming services such as straight razor shaves and barbering to meet diverse client needs.
• Deliver beauty enhancements through makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading.
• Utilize salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, managing client profiles, and processing retail sales efficiently.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations.
• Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable products and upsell retail items confidently while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and supporting store management operations to ensure smooth daily flow.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in color theory, retail math, and advanced styling techniques to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license.
