Responsibilities

• Perform a range of hair services including cutting and styling.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Provide personalized consultations on haircuts, product recommendations, and styling options to meet individual client needs.
• Upsell retail products to boost sales while educating clients on their benefits.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends and techniques.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a salon environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.
