What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional hair services including precision cutting, coloring, blonding, balayage, dimensional color, styling, treatments, and extensions.
• Conduct thorough consultations and create customized service plans based on each guest's lifestyle and goals.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering an exceptional guest experience from consultation through checkout.
• Recommend professional home-care products to help guests maintain healthy, beautiful hair.
• Maintain accurate client records and service notes.
• Keep your station and work areas clean while following all sanitation and safety standards.
• Participate in salon education, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Support a positive, team-first culture that encourages collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
• Contribute to salon goals through guest retention, retail recommendations, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Cosmetology License.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and modern hair techniques.
