Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and other services within your area of expertise.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand goals, provide recommendations, and deliver personalized results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Encourage client retention through rebooking and consistent, high-quality experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with salon standards and state regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive, supportive, and professional salon environment.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products while remaining open to continued learning and skill development.
• Recommend retail products and salon services when appropriate to enhance the client experience.
• Participate in salon promotions, events, photoshoots, and marketing initiatives when opportunities arise.
• Share your work through social media and support the growth of both your personal brand and the Molto Bella brand.
• Represent Molto Bella Beauty Salon with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times.
