Duties

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, color treatments, styling, with precision and flair
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations
• Offer personalized consultations on hair care, color theory, and styling options to meet each client’s unique needs
• Upsell retail products like hair care items, styling tools, and cosmetics through effective communication and customer service skills
• Must work every other Saturday and flexible hours during the week

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology with comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and collaborate effectively with team members
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote products confidently without pressure
• Ability to perform hair styling using various tools while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail
• Must have a professional appearance
