Job Summary

Rhythm Section is seeking a talented, passionate and well established Hair Color Artist or Hair Style Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creation and design, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a strong desire to grow. As a Hair Color Artist, you will be responsible for consistent, high quality hair services . You will also have the opportunity to mentor new Color Artists and contribute to the overall success of the salon. Rhythm Section offers top of the market compensation and benefits for its team of Style Artists and Color Artists. Onsite amenities provided to our team include a vast indoor/outdoor tenet lounge(seperate of the RS team lounge), gym access, and parking garage(for both team and clients). Rhythm Section compensation is commission based and offers top of the market percentages.

Duties

• Provide high-quality hair services curated to the guests‘ needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to salon hygiene standards.
• Engage in the intentionality of selling products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Use salon software for client assistance and personal tracking.
• Mentor new Color Artists by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient salon environment.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Proven quality experience.
• An established book of clients
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to form natural and authentic connections.
• Aptitude and desire to learn, grow and be inspired.
• Experience with salon software is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
