Head Esthetician

```Duties`` - Perform avariety of esthetician services including facials, waxing, and body treatments - Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products. -the knowledge of all face treatment: micro, hydra, IPL, RF, Nano needling, Micro needling etc..

-minimum 5 years of experience.

• the ability to teach and instruct others.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards
• Keep accurate records of client information, treatment plans, and product recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics

```Experience``` - Minimum of 1 year of experience as an esthetician - Proficiency in a wide range of esthetician services including facials, waxing, and body treatments - Knowledge of nail care, dermal fillers, Botox, and other advanced esthetic procedures is a plus - Experience working at the front desk of a salon or spa is preferred - Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information is a plus

Skills: - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs - Strong customer service skills to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for clients - Ability to upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the customer experience - Attention to detail to provide precise and accurate esthetician services - Hospitality mindset to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for clients
