Head Spa Specialist/ Cosmetologist

Job Overview

Raindrop Head Spa is hiring a Head Spa Specialist (must have cosmetology license) to provide luxury scalp and wellness treatments in a calm, intimate setting. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and open to feedback. The ideal candidate is kind and passionate about helping clients feel cared for and deeply relaxed.

Responsibilities

-Perform scalp treatments, soothing head massages, use aromatherapy, warm towels, and techniques to enhance relaxation.

-Blow-dry clients hair after treatments to ensure they leave feeling polished and refreshed.

-Customize treatments based on each client’s scalp health, energy flow, and personal needs.

-Maintain a warm, nurturing, and intimate atmosphere where clients feel deeply cared for.

-Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and luxury service.

-Be open to learning and growing.

Requirements

• Valid Tennessee Cosmetology license. (No esthetician).
• Willingness to learn our signature techniques and service.
• Open to feedback and coaching; sees it as a tool for growth, not criticism.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented in both service and cleanliness standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
