We are one of the first luxury head spas in the Bay Area, and are looking for the right therapist to join us as we grow.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

The Head Ritual is a luxury head spa and scalp wellness destination offering advanced scalp treatments, AI scalp analysis, and curated skin and head spa services.

We are searching for a licensed cosmetologist who is passionate about scalp/hair care, skincare, and the guest experience. We are seeking someone who is hospitality-driven and excited to grow with a brand that is redefining the head spa experience in the Bay Area.

What You'll Do

Perform luxury head spa and scalp treatments following a signature protocol
Provide AI scalp analysis
Educate clients on scalp health and recommend at-home care routines
Hair washing, conditioning, exfoliation, and scalp massage
Blow dry + styling (comfortable using brushes, blow dryers, etc)
Basic facial services and scalp, neck, decollete, shoulder/arm massage
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and surrounding areas
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
Other duties as needed
