Duties

• Perform a variety of laser treatments including esthetic laser therapy, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Provide comprehensive skincare services such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and nail care services with precision and professionalism.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments and products through retail sales efforts, promoting skincare routines and products effectively.
• Maintain detailed treatment records using salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in laser treatment techniques.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, eyelash extensions, and makeup application preferred.
• Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
