Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles with precision and care.
• Provide comprehensive esthetic services such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and laser therapies.
• Deliver a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, hair threading, and deep tissue massage.
• Conduct nail care services like manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while maintaining strict sanitation standards.
• Assist clients with makeup application, hair styling, hair extensions, and color theory consultations to achieve their desired look.
• Manage retail product sales through engaging product demos and upselling techniques while maintaining excellent guest services.
• Utilize salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and client records.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations; ensure all tools are sterilized after each service.
• Engage with clients at the front desk by providing exceptional customer service and managing appointment bookings via salon software.
• Promote social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos and engaging content to attract new clients.
