Lash Technician/Esthetician/Cosmetologist

Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles with precision and care.
• Provide comprehensive esthetic services such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and laser therapies.
• Deliver a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, hair threading, and deep tissue massage.
• Conduct nail care services like manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while maintaining strict sanitation standards.
• Assist clients with makeup application, hair styling, hair extensions, and color theory consultations to achieve their desired look.
• Manage retail product sales through engaging product demos and upselling techniques while maintaining excellent guest services.
• Utilize salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and client records.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations; ensure all tools are sterilized after each service.
• Engage with clients at the front desk by providing exceptional customer service and managing appointment bookings via salon software.
• Promote social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos and engaging content to attract new clients.

Skills

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in esthetic treatments and cosmetology.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about services and product recommendations.
• Strong management abilities to handle appointment schedules efficiently and oversee daily salon operations.
• Knowledge of advanced procedures such as injection administration (dermal fillers), Botox treatments, laser therapy, and tattooing is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with salon management systems like Millennium or MINDBODY for booking and client tracking.
• Skilled in social media management to build brand presence and attract new clientele through digital platforms.
• Expertise in hair styling techniques including hair extensions, coloring, straight razor shaves, and barbering skills are a plus.
• Deep understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure client safety during all procedures.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while delivering exceptional guest services that foster loyalty.
• Experience with retail sales strategies that increase revenue while enhancing the client experience.
